From March 19 to 29, 2026, COYA, the lifestyle group born in London and loved from Dubai to Monaco, sets up a pop-up on a Moroccan rooftop for a brief but unforgettable experience. Welcome to the Red City, served with a twist of pisco sour.
Just end ays – that’s all the time COYA has chosen to make its mark in Marrakech. For a group that has already won hearts in London, Dubai, Marbella, and Monaco, the humility of this ephemeral moment is disarmingly charming.
During this period, the Rooftop Garden becomes the official playground of this lifestyle institution founded in 2012. Its recipe – Peruvian cuisine, world-class mixology, and a meticulously curated soundtrack – has taken over a decade to establish itself as an international benchmark. Morocco is its latest conquest, and COYA does nothing by halves.
The COYA DNA, open-air in Marrakech
At this ephemeral residence, COYA delivers its classics with the precision and energy that have made its reputation. Guests can enjoy dishes such as the Lubina Clásico Ceviche (sea bass, white corn, sweet potatoes, red onion), Empanadas de Res with smoked beef brisket, or Shiitake Tacos con Chalaquita with queso fresco and avocado. Signature cocktails like the Pisco Sour or Margarita Amarilla with aji amarillo and passion fruit complete the experience.
The Pisco Bar takes over as the sun sets, serving daring and refined signature cocktails, including the intriguing Divino (gin, Campari, red vermouth, and palo santo).
The soundtrack that makes it all
Music is a signature of COYA. Its in-house label, COYA Music, curates each night with precise selections by resident DJ Seva. Mark your calendar : Sunday, March 22, will feature a special COYA Music Presents event for those seeking the full, immersive experience.
